This is my post-op x-ray. I got to keep it because the x-ray technologist "didn't realize my plate was so long." She hadn't gotten a shot of the whole thing. The plate and screw go a few inches below the end of the sheet.
Isn't that just peachy.
I hobbled into my surgeons office and told him that my leg finally didn't hurt, it just felt creepy.
He popped this x-ray up on the screen in front of me and said,
"It should feel creepy. Look at that! That's pretty creepy." LOL
He has a rod down the middle of his tibia so he knows of what I speak.
