I founded a homeschool group a few years ago and found out pretty quickly that if Ice Cream is involved, people show up to events. Today was our 3rd Annual Ice Cream Social and we decided to make a 40 foot ice cream sundae/Banana Split.
Yep! Forty Foot Ice Cream Sundae!
Ha haaaa....
My goodness! We had an absolute ball. Kids were bouncing in the bounce house, the men were playing Hillbilly Horseshoes, the moms
talked and relaxed. We just had a fun, relaxing party at the park.
It is on days like this that I realize what a blessing my group is to me. God has placed so many beautiful, loving women in my life to encourage and mentor me. I am so happy to know them and call them my sisters. We don't all believe alike, think alike or raise our kids alike but we all care for one another. That is something very hard to find in this day and age. If you find it once you are blessed. I've found it over and over in my homeschooling sisters.

Oh wow! Looks like fun.
I am so bummed we had to miss that! I had been looking forward to it for over a month, and it sure looked fun!!!
